Rating: 10 Very quick processing and confirmation of order, delivery was well within my expectations of an item this size. Chair itself if very comfortable and has many, many available adjustments to suit your own sitting style. Beats my old gaming chair by a mile, very happy with purchase and also the company.
Rating: 10 The chair arrived very quick. It is easy to assemble and the adjustments are great and have allowed me to find the most comfy position. Glad I spent that bit extra to get this and not a standard office chair.
Rating: 10 I'd like to edit my previous review and up it to a full 5 stars. Several months later, this chair is absolutely fantastic and has somehow become more comfortable (perhaps I just became adjusted to it over time). The cushioning on the seat is quite adequate - I use the chair for over 12 hours a day and it's entirely comfortable for the full duration. In fact, I prefer this chair to sitting on a couch on account of the fantastic posture that it provides. Having so many adjustment options lets you optimise the chair to provide the best support and posture for your back. It certainly lives up to its name as a task/operator chair.
Rating: 8 Decent chair. It comes with the full range of adjustments: seat height, seat tilt, seat depth, back tilt, back height, back lumbar pump and arm height. The asynchro mechanism allows the tilt angles of the seat and back to be adjusted independently. It's extremely easy to assemble. The seat doesn't offer as much cushioning as I would have hoped for. I also can't see how this chair is rated for 24 hour usage; I find it to be comfortable for only a few hours at a time. Given the price and range of adjustments, I'm happy to give it 4 stars and recommend it.
