Rating: 10 As described and meeting expectations. It arrived on time . Would have been happier if it was a little cheaper but then you get what you pay for.

Rating: 10 Excellent chair at a very competitive price (much cheaper than Wayfair). Delivery was really quick - just a couple of days. The plastic handle on the raise and lower mechanism had broken, but 121 got me a replacement within a couple of days. Brilliant! I will buy from them again.
